Lift Humanity Foundation (LHF) is a registered non – profit organization that aspires to provide people–centered (women, youths and persons living with disabilities PLDs) response to climate crisis, advocate for green transition and sustainable development.
Founded in 2020, Lift Humanity Foundation, LHF has emerged as a vibrant civil society organization in climate change and sustainable development. Been at the forefront of advancing climate justice in Nigeria, Africa and using evidence-based advocacy to shape and improve policies and laws on natural resource management, and supporting local communities to develop climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies.

To provide humanitarian response, climate justice and bring about pro-poor development to the plight of the most vulnerable (women, children and youths) for people, planet and prosperity.
Mobilising CSOs; Women, Youths and Persons living with disabilities (PLDs) for Policy influence in National Consultations on Climate Change Processes (NDC) and Sustainable Development for people-centred implementation.
Advancing Climate Justice in Nigeria, Africa and globally using evidence-based advocacy to shape and improve policies and laws on natural resource management, and supporting local communities to develop climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies.
Develops and produce joint studies with research institutes to Influence National, Sub-regional and Regional Policies, Plans and Programs by evidence-based CSOs narratives, policy analyses and advice.
LHF has emerged as a vibrant civil society organization in climate change and sustainable development
LHF facilitating engagement meeting, cross-states exchange and experience sharing between CSOs (Women, Youths and Persons living with disabilities), vulnerable communities, government and media on climate change processes.
We advocate, implement, lobby and create awareness on the need to mainstream pro – poor development and sustainable development into laws, policies and practices in the context of poverty reduction in Nigeria and on the African continent.
LHF work together with in coalitions of faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, trusts, foundations, farmers groups among other sectors in Africa and a member of the Pan African Climate Justice Alliance (PACJA), Africa Coalition for Sustainable Energy Access (ACSEA) and Climate and Sustainable Development Network (CSDevNet) with over 1000 African organizations from 48 countries
To aspire to unify coordinated efforts to provide humanitarian response and climate justice; alleviate suffering, maintain human dignity, pro-poor development and give the most vulnerable (women, children and youths) hope for the future.
