Lift Humanity Foundation (LHF) is a registered (CAC RN 157681) non – profit organization that aspires to provide people–centered (women, youths and persons living with disabilities PLDs) response to climate crisis, advocate for green transition, elimination of pollution and sustainable development.
We work together with in coalitions of faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, trusts, foundations, farmers groups among other sectors in Africa and a member of countries.

What We Achieved
Since 2019, Lift Humanity Foundation (LHF) has become a leading voice for climate justice and sustainable development in Nigeria. Through evidence-based advocacy, we’ve helped shape national and local policies on natural resource management while empowering frontline communities—especially women, youth, and farmers—to adopt practical climate adaptation and mitigation strategies.
By working in strong coalitions with faith-based, community-based, and civil society organizations, and through our active membership in networks like PACJA, ACSEA, and CSDevNet, LHF has amplified the voices of the vulnerable across Africa. Together, we’ve driven forward the vision of a just, equitable world where people and the planet can thrive in dignity and resilience.
