Exciting Update from Lift Humanity Foundation (LHF)

Our research team, in partnership with dedicated collaborators, is making strides in adding value to indigenous foods in Nigeria to combat food insecurity and move closer to Zero Hunger.

Current Milestone

  • Phase 1 of our research experimentation is complete.

  • We secured approval from a modern factory to continue practical research implementation for Phases 2–5.

Our mission remains clear: empower rural farmers, widows, women, and youth with sustainable food solutions.

Next Milestone

Phase 2 research implementation/experimentation will begin soon.

Image Highlights

  • Sweet Potato Flakes (Souvenir Packs) → A healthier “Garri” alternative, produced during Phase 1.

  • Photos of our research team with partners at the Indigenous Food Factory during the first phase of implementation.

Souvenir Packs

Sweet Potato Flakes souvenir packs are being shared with donors who supported Phase 1. We will continue this tradition for supporters of Phase 2 as we scale up our mission to combat food insecurity in Nigeria and across Africa — one step at a time.
