As I reflect on the journey that led me to establish LIFT HUMANITY FOUNDATION, I am reminded of the countless moments that stirred my heart and fueled my passion to make a difference. Before the world was shaken by the COVID-19 pandemic, I began receiving an unwavering inspiration to create an organization that would uplift humanity, particularly the most vulnerable among us.

I envisioned a world where every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to the basic necessities of life: nutritious food, clean water, quality healthcare, and a sustainable environment. I saw a world where communities are empowered to thrive, where climate justice is advocated for, and where sustainable development is a reality for all.

This vision was not born out of mere idealism; it was forged in the fires of empathy and a deep-seated desire to be part of something greater than myself. I wanted to be part of people’s successful stories, to contribute to their triumphs, and to help them overcome the challenges that life throws their way.

For me, the decision to start LIFT HUMANITY FOUNDATION was not just about establishing another non-profit organization; it was about answering a higher calling. It was about embracing the values of compassion, kindness, and humanity that have always resonated deep within me.

As I look back on the journey so far, I am filled with a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Every smile I have helped bring to a child’s face, every family I have supported in times of need, and every community I have empowered to stand stronger against the tides of adversity reminds me of why I do what I do.

Our Founder

Meet The Founder

Oliver Ejiofor Eke is a seasoned entrepreneur, climate justice advocate, and social innovator with over eight years of experience in entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and sustainable development. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 9ice Choice Global Icon, an enterprise focused on honeybee farming and production, contributing to agricultural innovation and environmental sustainability.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Oliver is the Executive Director of African Cross Cultural TV, a media organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of community-based organizations and sub-national stakeholders. Through this platform, he promotes the localization of indigenous cultures and advances inclusion by creating opportunities for women and marginalized groups.

Oliver is also the Founder and Executive Director of Lift Humanity Foundation, a forward-thinking nonprofit organization committed to building an inclusive African movement for climate justice. The foundation focuses on influencing policies and implementing sustainable environmental solutions in response to the global climate crisis.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and has acquired several professional certifications that reflect his broad interdisciplinary expertise. These include Human Resource Management from Pan-Atlantic University Lagos Business School and the African Management Initiative in Kenya; Data Science from GIZ Germany; Nature-based Solutions and Disaster Management from the United Nations Environment Programme; Climate Change studies from the Oxford Climate Society in the United Kingdom; and Big Data Analytics from Cisco.

Driven by a vision of a world resilient to disasters and rooted in equity and sustainability, Oliver’s work embodies a deep commitment to empowering communities and shaping policies that foster a just and inclusive future across Africa and beyond.
